MARTIN SAGEBRUSH BROADCAST SEEDING - FY20 The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for broadcast seeding of government furnished seed on multiple project sites for a total project area of approximately 90,000 acres. Seed will NOT be applied to entire project area. Seed will be applied every fifth swath accounting for 18,000 acres to be seeded over the entire project area. Project is in the BLM Winnemucca District, Elko and Humboldt Counties, NV. The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable and the appropriate SCA Wage Decisions are attached. NAICS: 115112 Size Standard: $7.5M, 100% Set-Aside for Total Small Business under the 115310 NAICS code for Support Activities for Forestry. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price contract. An organized site visit is NOT scheduled. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. IN NO EVENT SHALL FAILURE TO INSPECT THE SITE CONSTITUTE GROUNDS FOR A CLAIM AFTER CONTRACT AWARD IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Period of performance is estimated and based on weather and ground conditions.
