CITY OF TUALATIN MARTINAZZI AVE AND SAGERT ST INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS Bids due 2:00 pm, May 27, 2021 INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals ("Bids") for the Marti nazzi Ave and Sagert St Intersection Improvements will be received by the City of Tualatin until May 27, 2021, at 2:00 pm, local time ("Bid Closing") at 10699 SW Herman Rd, Tualatin, OR 97062 by appointment only. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud ("Bid Opening") immediately following the bid closing deadline. Due to COVID-19 the bid opening will take place virtually on May 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm local time. The Zoom meeting will open at 1:55 pm local time. Instructions to access the virtual bid opening will be available at https://bids.tualatinoregon. gov/. The First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure form will be received at the location given for the receipt of the bid until 4:00 pm (local time), May 27, 2021. Instructions for providing the First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure and the required disclosure form are included in the Contract Docu ments. THE CITY WILL REJECT A BID IF THE BIDDER FAILS TO SUBMIT THE DISCLOSURE FORM WITH THIS INFORMATION BY THE STATED DEADLINE. IDENTIFICATION OF PROJECT: Major items of work consist of the following: Installation of a traffic signal, road widening, curb and sidewalk improvements, curb ramp replacement, striping and signing, storm drain inlets, manhole, and pipe, and block wall. Contract Documents, including plans and specifications, may be obtained and examined at the City's bid website https://bids.tualatinoregon.gov/ by creating an account and joining the plan holders list. CONTRACT TIME: The Contractor shall begin Work within 30 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall complete all paving by September 30, 2021.
