This Addendum incorporates clarifications from questions asked to date and comments/requirements from an initial meeting with City of Shawnee development staff. Support documents have been added, including a draft Contract and Exhibits. The Johnson County Park and Recreation District (JCPRD) seeks proposals from multi-discipline teams for professional architecture, landscape architecture, and engineering services for renovations to the Mid-America Sports Complex (MASC). These services require expertise and experience in the design of artificial turf softball/baseball fields, and sports complex concession/restroom building design. The professional disciplines may be from a single firm or from teams composed of a lead firm and subconsultant firms. A proposal must be submitted electronically at https://jocogov.ionwave.net by a respondent and must: (1) be signed electronically by a duly authorized representative of the respondent’s organization; and (2) contain all information required by the RFP. Short-listed firms will be interviewed on January 29, 2020.
