This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL, 33744, has a need to purchase MASIMO WRIST PULSE OXIMETERS (Brand Name or Equal). The RFQ number is 36C24823Q0243.

The government anticipates making an award as a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-06 (11/06/2023).

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, standard size is 1,000 employees. The combined synopsis solicitation is for 100% Set- Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled, and the requirement resolicited. Offers must be listed and registered in https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/(VetCert) to be considered for award.

The solicitation will be available on or about NOVEMBER 27, 2023, and will distributed soley through the CONOPPS website (www.beta.SAM.gov).  The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is DECEMBER 7, 2023; NLT 1:00 PM EST.
