The City of Lawrence Office of Planning & Development (OPD) is requesting bids for a Massachusetts-licensed master lead inspector/risk assessor to perform lead paint testing and inspection services for residential properties. OPD will require up to approximately 220 lead paint inspections and related services over a forty­two ( 42) month contract period. Contract award and compensation will be based on per property/per unit rate for services rendered. The contractor must abide by all regulations promulgated under Massachusetts General Laws and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Contract award is contingent upon availability of funds provided through HUD's Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes. Deadline for submission: 1:00pm, Monday February 22, 2021
