Internal Revenue Service Procurement Office intends to award a two month bridge sole source task order to INSYSCO Group, 1340 Central Park Blvd, Ste 206, Fredericksburg, VA 22401, for Masterfiles Programming Support Services. The period of performance will be from May 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541419 and the business size standard is $27.5 million dollars.

This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a request for quote. This notice is not a solicitation announcement for full and open competition for this requirement. NO FULL AND OPEN SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) IS AVAILABLE.
The two month bridge task order will provide continuous service between the current award and the new award that is being competed and evaluated. The two month task order will be a Total Information Processing Support Services task order awarded to InSysCo on their base TIPSS Contract TIRNO11D00023. This bridge task order is critical in that InSysCo will continue to provide Masterfile Programming support with continuity, i.e. continuous support without a disrupt break in service. InSysCo is uniquely positioned to provide that support in that it is performing the Masterfiles Programming Support Services under the current task order.

Notwithstanding the above notice, any firm that has an interest in performing Masterfiles Programming Support Services may submit their capabilities statement to the Contracting Officer, Raymond Williams, [email protected].
The information sent in may be used for future competitions, however, that deter-mination is at the sole discretion the Government. Completion for the new award has already taken place and is currently being evaluated.
