The Vermont Agency of Education (AOE) is seeking to contract with a third party to offer professional learning for teachers to improve their universal core instruction and assessment practices that focus on improving all student learning outcomes in mathematics. The purpose of this contract is to assist the AOE in supporting supervisory unions/supervisory districts (SUs/SDs) in meeting the goals of Act 173 and those outlined in the State’s Recovery Plan.
