The Offeror shall provide a quote for the items listed on the attached Bill of Materials. This is a BRAND NAME only purchase. No substitutions will be considered. Please note if manufacture requires a license agreement to be signed by the Government, the terms and conditions of that agreement are required to be in compliance with all Federal Laws, Statutes, and Federal Acquisition Regulation, therefore please modify accordingly and submit with your quote. Offeror must quote on all items or none. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offer. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) prior to award for solicitation issued after 31 May 1998. DUN/CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov.
