The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) /NESDIS under the Department of Commerce intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to The MathWorks Corporation to provide licensing renewal and upgrades for MatLab Software, Mapping Toolbox and Statistical Toolbox inclusive of 1 year maintenance. This synopsis is not to be considered a request for proposal or for quotation. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed award based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
