The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from The Mathworks, Inc., 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA 01760-2098, one (1) 5-day MATLAB Simulink customized fundamentals course composed of Simulink, Statelink, Stateflow, and testing Simulink models beginning 3-7 June 2019.  The course objectives are outlined in the attached Statement of Work.

Please include a separate line for travel cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. The number of trips and types of personnel traveling shall be limited to the minimum required to accomplish training requirements and shall be coordinated with the technical point of contact.  All travel shall be conducted in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations.

Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12.  The order shall be firm fixed price.  

All responsible sources, The Mathworks, Inc., authorized resellers and distributors may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing.  Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).  Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov.
