THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE; THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER FOR MAXWELL TWO-TALKER SPEECH MASKING SYSTEM TO TRANSFORMATIONAL SECURITY, LLC.





The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. The Government intends to award a purchase order of one (1) Maxwell Speech Masking System, 2 sets of headsets, P/N: MX-02T, to Transformational Securty, LLC.  Transformational Securty, LLC is the sole creator, developer and integrator of the Maxwell Audio System. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all quotes received by Tuesday, September 14, 2010, NLT 12PM EST will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
