This Notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract. The statutory authority for this sole-source procurement is 10 United States Code 2304(c)(l) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-l(a)(2)(iii)(B), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District (NAB) intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price Sole Source Contract to Mirion Technologies (Canberra), Inc. for the purchase of Multichannel Analyzers (MCA) for existing Mirion In Situ Object Counting System (ISOCS).
