**** Shall Read RFQ Document***

The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to procure mailroom furniture and equipment at the office located in McAllen, TX. This is a total small business set aside. NAICS Code for this requirement is 337211 with a size standard (in number of employees) of 1,000. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price, technically acceptable. All vendors shall be registered and have an active DUNS number in SAM.GOV in order to quote. There will be a single award for all items. All quotes shall be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Quoted products shall meet all required specifications to be considered for award. Failure to do so will result in the vendor's quote being considered not technically acceptable. Only vendors located in the U.S. will be considered. Purchase Orders shall be accepted for purchases. Delivery shall be completed no later than 30 days from notification of award. This Request for Quote falls under FAR Part 12 & 13.
