This is a non-personal service contract to provide mental health/Psychology services at the Ft. McDermitt Health Clinic to the members of the Ft. McDermitt Paiute - Shoshone Tribe. The Ft. McDermitt Health Clinic is located in the isolated Ft. McDermitt Paiute - Shoshone Indian Reservation. The contractor will provide one day of service on site for 50 weeks for a total of 50 days. The reservation coupled with the local community and surrounding ranches comprise a population of 400-500 people. The two nearest hospitals are located 75 miles South in Winnemucca, NV, and 191 miles North in Boise, ID.  The continued Psychology services is essential to the continued and stable care offered to the patients of the Ft.
