Support will  include the following features:

- 24/7 off-site/on-site service with a 4-hour on-site response time for Hardware Maintenance On-site Support.

- Hardware problem diagnosis

- Shipping of Replacement Parts and Materials provided

- Defective Media Retention

- Covered holidays

- Remote Service Desk

- support will be consistent with maintaining current warranties in full force and effect.

The contract requirements, as well as all applicable provisions and clauses, for this procurement are outlined on the following pages.

The basis for award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable with the evaluation criteria as outlined in the Solicitation.

Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Submission of quotes shall include the following:  (1) Technical capabilities (to include literature and outline of experience working on manufacture item (s) being quoted. (2) Past Performance: provide three past performance reference (not more than 3 years old). Past performance references shall be similar to this requirement in scope and size. Include POC, contract number and contract amount. (3) Price: all pricing quoted shall be FOB Destination. (4)  Completion of representation and certifications (FAR 52.212-3), update in SAM. (FARS & DFARS) (5) Signed 1449 (blocks 30a, b&c)

It is the intent of the Government to issue one award; however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards.

All equipment will have a warranty that is in accordance with industry standards.

The NAICS code is 541519-  the small business standard is $2.5M. 

The Federal Supply Class Code is 7030 - Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Software

All equipment provided must be in accordance with and in compliance with the statement of work.

This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.

The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date.
