Dustin Smith, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Lake Superior Court #6 its Complaint against Defendant Precision Recovery Analytics, Inc., and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, Precision Recovery Analytics, Inc., upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Lake County, State of Indiana, to wit: Lot 3, except the East 1.11 feet thereof, all of Lot 4, and the East 5.47 feet of Lot 5 in Block 12 in 7th Addition to New Chicago, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 30, in the Office of the Recorder of Lake County, Indiana. commonly known as 423 Tyler Avenue, Hobart, IN 46342.
