Dustin Smith, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Lake Superior Court #1 its Complaint against Defendant The Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Geneva Reed and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Geneva Reed, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, The Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Geneva Reed and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Geneva Reed, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Lake County, State of Indiana, to wit: Lot 11, except the West 25 feet thereof, and all Lot 10 in Block 4 in 6th Addition to New Chicago, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 47, in the Office of the Recorder of Lake County, Indiana. commonly known as 24 Tyler Avenue, Hobart, IN 46342.
