Dustin Smith, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Lake Superior Court #7 its Complaint against Defendants The Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Ray A. Perry and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Ray A. Perry and The Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Zenobia Armstrong and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Zenobia Armstrong, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendants, The Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Ray A. Perry and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Ray A. Perry and The Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Zenobia Armstrong and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Zenobia Armstrong, upon diligent inquiry are unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Lake County, State of Indiana, to wit: Lots 20 and 21, Block 5, in South Bend and Gary Land Company Subdivision, in the City of Gary, as shown in Plat Book 8, Page 12, in the Office of the recorder of Lake County, Indiana. commonly known as 2558 West 13th Avenue, Gary, IN 46404. NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendants are hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
