The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital (TSH) is seeking a contractor to provide MEAT and MEAT PRODUCTS FOR DELIVERY for the period of October 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, for consumers located at Torrance State Hospital, 1014 State Route 1014, Torrance, PA 15779. Quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the facility. Bids are due August 22, 2022 at 2 pm, and must be submitted electronically. Late bids will be disqualified. Contractors must enter firm prices for all items and provide appropriate responses to all "Mandatory Attributes" contained in the solicitation. Failure to submit bid as described may result in yours being rejected as a non-responsive bidder. Bidders will only bid the acceptable brands, package size and codes as specified. See attached PA Specifications. TSH Dietary Department will notify vendor of quantities for each delivery. Alternate deliveries may be arranged as required. Quantities may be adjusted at the request of the Dietary Department to meet the needs of the consumers. Always bid on the unit of measure listed. A response must be given for each attribute. Deliveries are Monday through Friday from 8 am until 11:45 pm.
