These announcements constitute the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The size standard is 100 employees. The Standard Industrial Code is 5047. "Award will be made upon availability of funds" and "Bid shall be good through 30 Sep 99". This is an unfunded requirement. MFR: DNI Nevada P/N: 9519-0120 or EQUAL.Line item 2: Electrical Safety Analyzer; MDL medtester 5000C, interfaces with 5000C tester and defibrillator analyzer for doing autosequence testing. Unit is upgradeable as requirements change. System includes the following: P/N9513-0242 RS232PRINTER, P/N9513-0243 100 RECORD STORAGE, P/N9513-0244 EXPANDED RECORD STORAGE, P/N9513-0245 WAVEFORMS/EXTENDED TESTING, P/N9513-0246 DATA TRANSFER, P/N9513-0247 MEDCHECK, P/N9513-0248 DEFIBAUTOSEQUENCES, AND 9513-0254 NIBP AUTOSEQUENCES. Line item 3: Infusion Pump Tester; MDL infutest 2000 series, tests any infusion device on the market tests flow rate from .1 ML/HR to 999 ML/HR. 9 user programmable sequences accuracy within 1%. Interfaces with medtester 5000C;includes DPT-4 windows based software for series D. MFR: DNI Nevada P/N: 9519-0264 or EQUAL. FOB: Destination, Delivery Date: 30 days ARO. The attached clauses apply to this solicitation. The Offeror's must be CCR (Central Contractor Registration). Offeror must complete "Offeror Representation and Certifications -- Commercial Items" Attached.
