The purpose of this amendment is;

1. To include Not to Exceed amount in item 0002 and item 1002.

2. To add other equivalent language certification requirements in addendum to
    52.212-2.

3. To add a statement of compensation time for overtime w ork. See it at
    paragraph 4.7.1 in the attached PWS dated 25 Feb 2015.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
