The Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request for Quotation (RFQ) 10-13-032-REL for a Medical Physicist to perform Radiological Surveys at the IHS facilities in the Billings Area (Montana and Wyoming). The equipment includes, but is not limited to, medical above table x-rays, portable x-rays, Fluoro's, CT's, podiatry portable x-rays, Mammo's, dental operatory x-rays, and dental portable x-rays. The procurement is being conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and FAR 37.4, Nonpersonal Health Care Services Contract (10 U.S.C. 2304 and 41 U.S.C. 253). The purchase order will be awarded for 12 months with two 12-month options. The solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 541690 and the small business size standard is $14.0 million.
