REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Medical Service   The South Bronx Job Corps Academy is a Federally Funded Vocational and Educational Training Program that services youth between the ages of 16 and 24 in a residential setting. The program operates year round with approximately 200 residential and 75 non-residential trainees. The program is operated by ResCare, Inc. for the United States Department of Labor.  The South Bronx Job Corps Academy is soliciting Dental Service. All interested parties must bring resume, list of references, and copy of Insurance, Registration and DEA (if applicable) Attached you Will find medical Bid Specification. Please read carefully, fill out and return no later than the COB September 20, 2010  Scope of Work The hour for service will be Twelve(12) hours a week .
