Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business under the Women-Owned Small Business Program Sources Sought. This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business under the Women-Owned Small Business Program responses in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to procure Medical Transcription Services.

The services to be performed are provide medical transcription services of outpatient medical services provided to Government beneficiaries at the 55th Medical Group, The Contractor shall provide services in Contractor-supplied facilities. Transcription will be provided for Primary Care, Radiology, Specialty Care, Mental Health, Surgical Services and Pathological Services. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and professional standards of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Contractor services include furnishing all labor, reports, transcription of dictation, equipment, transportation and consultation. The Contractor shall upload transcribed document files to its secure web server for retrieval by the 55th Medical Group transcription supervisor or 55th Medical Group transcriptionists.

The designated NAICS Code is 561410 Transcription services, size standard $7 Million.

Your response shall include the following information:
• Size of company (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.),
• Revenue for last three years.
• Relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last five years and your company's capability to do this type of work.
• Teaming Arrangements to include relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last five years.
Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
