Multiple-award contract for 10 lots for Medicare and You 2022 (English Area-Specific Handbooks).  Total requirement is approximately 45,000,000 handbooks divided into 10 lots of approximately 4,500,000 copies each. Each lot will have approximately 3 to 10 items, each item ranging from approximately 90,000 to 3,000,000 copies, requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, and distribution.
