PSERS seeks to obtain Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) services for a self-funded prescription drug program of the Health Options Program (HOP). Only proposals for a self-funded program will be considered. HOP is a voluntary group health benefits program available to PSERS’ retirees, their spouse and dependents.
