PSERS seeks to obtain Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) services for a self-funded prescription drug program of the Health Options Program (HOP). PSERS seeks to provide a high quality, cost effective prescription drug plan to its members and to develop partnerships with a full service Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) who can administer the current plan designs and utilize education and information strategies to enhance members’ satisfaction with the program.
