This solicitation is expected to result in the issuance of a pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Medtronic USA Inc. CRHFcardiac implant devices and related accessories for use at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, as described under the requirements section of this solicitation and accompanying requirement attachment. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This notice is a continuation of the synopsis previously posted under FA860117R0072.
