The 177^th Fighter Wing intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems US Inc., 1900 Airport Road, Monroe, NC 28110-7396, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government will acquire the services using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 423610 with a size standard 500 employees.

The purpose of this requirement is for the vendor to provide and install 11 Megadoor control panels for the overhead fabric door assemblies.   This notice is not a formal solicitation. This is not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of quotation or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase order will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
