The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 24 June 2015. Offerors will be given a minimum of 30 days to respond to the solicitation. The RFP and related documents will only be available electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (www.fbo.gov).

This work includes supply and delivery of one megapixel mid-wavelength infrared (MMWIR) imaging camera with a 1280 by 720 Indium-antimonide (InSb) focal plane array detector. A lens with a 17 mm focal length shall be included with the imaging system. Software shall be included to allow operation of the camera using a Windows based operating system. The software shall allow data analysis to be performed on the infrared images. The imager shall be a commercially available product.
