DESCRIPTION OF WORK: It is the intention of the Department of Defense Concessions Committee (DoDCC), a Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI), to award a non-exclusive license agreement to operate a men's and women's clothing retail store concession offering sales of business and business-casual clothing and clothing related accessories within designated space (approximately 3,123 sq. ft.) on the Concourse within the Pentagon. The Licensee shall operate and manage the retail concession, providing all necessary décor, fixtures, equipment, merchandise, etc.
The base period of performance (PoP) will be five (5) years with two (2) five-year (5-year) option periods subject to mutual agreement.
