UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one-year base period with two one-year option periods, firm-fixed-price Requirements type contract for the following commercial items: Various metal fasteners (snaps) and machine lease to be used in the manufacture of cold weather trousers, outer tactical vests, and utility coveralls for the military.
