This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ FA4800-11-Q-MH09. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 541519 with a $25M employee size standard. This RFQ contains 3 lines item. The line item description is as follows:

CLIN 0001 Metalogix SharePoint Site Migration Manager - Annual Single User License. (License based on usage for one administrator, includes One Year Support and Maintenance, Full Support for SharePoint 2010 and Unlimited Server Connections). Qty: 1 EACH.

CLIN 0002 Metalogix Selective Restore Manager - per Web Front End License for SharePoint Backups (Full support for SharePoint 2010 and Unlimited Server Connections, includes One Year Support and Maintenance Qty: 4 EACH.

CLIN 0003 SharePoint Security Manager Maintenance - Per Web Front End: Qty: 4 EACH.

End Item Description.

Submittal of "Or Equal" items are not allowed under this solicitation under FAR regulations 6.302-1 and 8.405-6(a)(2). FOB point is Destination. The required Period of Performance is 30 September 2011 through 29 September 2012.

(b) The copy of any protest shall be received in the office designated above within one day of filing a protest with the GAO.
