Lockheed Martin will conduct an Informal Bid Sale to dispose of this property, under the direction of the Defense Contract Management Agency and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1. The property is offered as One Lot therefore your bid should reflect consideration for all items within that lot and is offered "as is - where is." ALL DATA STORAGE DEVICES/HARD DRIVES WILL BE DESTROYED OR OVERWRITTEN PRIOR TO SALE.
