Purpose: The John H. Pace, Jr. '39 Center for Civic Engagement, a unit of the Office of the Vice President for Campus Life at Princeton University, is seeking a consultant to assist in the development of a comprehensive assessment framework. This includes the identification of 5-8 core metrics and corresponding instruments and/or rubrics for evaluating student learning outcomes, program efficacy, and community partner impact in alignment with Empathy, Empowerment, and Equity, the 2020-2025 Pace Center Strategic Plan. Deliverables: -Copies of all research, instruments, and/or rubrics used to gather information or data during this project along with the raw and synthesized information and/or data collected -Copies of all instruments and/or rubrics designed for future data collection, including the development of training for Pace Center staff to ensure understanding and proper use of the instruments and/or rubrics. -Interim reports or briefings at agreed-upon deadlines to be used to provide feedback on project direction -A draft recommendation report to be used to gather stakeholder feedback that includes 5-8 core metrics, appropriate instruments and/or rubrics, and an implementation plan framework -A final report and presentation incorporating any necessary revisions based on stakeholder feedback Timeline: Engagement will be scheduled during the February - September 2022 time frame.
