This requirement is a commercial acquisition using Commercial Acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Part 12, Part 13) and will be negotiated pursuant to FAR Part 15. The proposed contract will be awarded using full and open competition. The government intends to make a Firm Fixed Price, Single award to the offeror that represents the best value to the government. The Government will award only one (1) contract. Solicitation No. FA5270-15-T-0056 will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) advertised with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 337122. Quotes will be accepted when submitted via e-mail to [email protected] or when hand carried, proposals must be deposited in the bid depository located at 18 CONS, Bldg 95, Kadena AB, Okinawa . Offerors must submit a paper copy of their proposal as well as all information required by the solicitation if proposal is submitted by email.

Facsimile, telephone or written request for the solicitation package will not be honored. HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. All prospective offerors interested in submitting proposals must have a Commercial and Governments Entity (CAGE) code, and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) in order to be eligible for receipt of contract award.
