SECTION 00 11 13 Advertisement for Bids Sealed bids will be received until the hour of 2:00 P.M., local time, September 21, 2023 at City Hall, Covington, Louisiana, 317 N. Jefferson Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 and online at www.centralbidding.com; for furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, etc., and performing all work necessary to complete the Michelle-Patricia Drainage, Project No. CCE 123-108, for the City of Covington, Louisiana. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud after 2:00 P.M. in the City Hall Conference Room, City Hall, 317 N. Jefferson Avenue, Covington, Louisiana. Any bids received after 2:00 P.M. will be returned unopened. The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractor’s license in the Municipal and Public Works Construction Classification. The project consists of the removal and replacement of a storm drain. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held September 7, 2023. The meeting will be held at 2:30 PM in the City Hall Conference Room, City Hall, 317 N. Jefferson Avenue, Covington, LA 70433.
