This item will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition 6.302-1(a) (1). This requirement is solicited unrestricted. First Article Testing is not required. Delivery is 270 days, although accelerated delivery is encouraged.

Acquisition is restricted to material manufactured by the sources listed in the source controlled drawing #
(18876) 11463175. Approved sources are: Natel (09059) P/N 11463175 and Raytheon (49956) P/N 11463175.

Inspection / Acceptance at Destination, FOB Origin. FDT applies.

Shipment will be made to Columbus, OH.

This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of March 3, 2016. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option.

Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
This solicitation will include DLAD 52.209-9028, Qualified Suppliers List of Distributors (QSLD) - FSC 5961 and 5962.
This solicitation will include DLAD 52.209-9002, Qualified Testing Suppliers List (QTSL) - Federal Supply Classes 5961 (Semiconductors and Hardware Devices) and 5962 Electronic Microcircuits.
The Reverse Auction provision will not be included in the solicitation.
JCP Certification is required as is Documentation of Traceability.
