This procurement is restricted to sources called out on source controlled DWG NR 20418 ES5874.  This restricts procurement to the approved source which is X Technologies, INC. (1JDN2) P/N 10005001-001. 

This requirement is for a total quantity of 210 each; no quantity option included. Item is solicited under Other than Full and Open Competition.  This requirement will be unrestricted.  Government required delivery is 140 days.   Inspection /Acceptance at Destination, FOB Origin to Warner Robins, GA.

This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 2 June 2014.  Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above.

Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.

Reverse Auction will be included in the solicitation and may or may not be imposed after solicitation closing.

This item requires Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) marking. Only DLA trusted sources that agree to DNA mark Federal Supply Classification (FSC) 5962 Electronic Microcircuits IAW DLAD 52.211-9074 are eligible to receive an award.

This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program.

This solicitation includes DLAD 52.209-9002, Qualified Testing Suppliers List (QTSL)-Federal Supply Classes 5961 (Semiconductors and Hardware Devices) and 5962 Electronic Microcircuits (Apr 2013).  Resulting contract will be awarded based on QTSL guidelines if applicable.
