The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, (DITCO/PL8413), intends to issue a sole source award to Micro focus, to renew commercial off-the-shelf Micro Focus software support, procure new Micro Focus licenses, and upgrade the current Micro Focus licenses to virtualization licenses in support of NAVSEA’s transition to Maritime Systems Enterprise (MSE) 1.1..  The period of performance is date of award through November 30, 2018.  The software and support are only available from one sole provider.  The software and support proprietary to Micro Focus.  A sole source letter has been received by the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Micro Focus, stating such .
