The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is issuing a Notice of Intent for a Sole Source the award to Litron Laboratories. This is firm fixed price contract is to provide for the analysis of DNA damage in blood samples collected from toxicological studies conducted at U.S. Army Public Health Center (APHC). Data from this contract is used to identify potential health hazards in the operational environment and to occupational exposures. The estimated period of performance for this acquisition is one (1) year with Two (2) one-year options for a total of five years. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Responsible, interested parties may identify their interest by submitting capability information by Friday, 9 August 2019 at 2:00 p.m. EST in order to establish the ability of the responder to meet this requirement. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract modification is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government; information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
