PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Health Effects Lab Division, Morgantown, WV, has a requirement to hire a vendor to perform microRNA profiling services to measure gene expression patterns of mice specimen from multi-walled carbon nanotube-induced mice.

This requirement is solicited as a Full and Open Competition.

The CDC intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 13. The period of performance is required within 12 months of OMB approval date.
