This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 

Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-18-Q-0037 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a brand name hardware drives manufactured by Mercury Systems, Inc..  The department is acquiring the following: P/N# MSD512AM2R-000I MicroSemi Solid State Drives Qty. 20.  The equipment must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing, fielded systems.  In order to properly test and build the software, the G/ATOR SSA must have the exact equipment being used in the fielded systems.  The required drives are direct replacement parts for existing G/ATOR equipment.

Only authorized resellers accepted.

Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12.  The order shall be firm fixed price.  

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
