This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b).  Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-21-Q-0019

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for Microsoft AZURE Training in accordance with the table below.  For each training, the contractor shall provide a virtual training platform that is compatible with NMCI machines in order to facilitate the training.  The contractor shall provide the associated training software and other course materials including workbooks, handouts, and other instructional materials required to teach the courses. As part of each training, the contractor shall include an examination to validate participants’ understanding of virtualization concepts and how they drive an enterprise’s digital agenda, as well as participants’ familiarity with the Microsoft Azure products and technologies. Upon each course completion, the contractor shall provide training completion certificates for each participant.
