This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a sole source request for quotation (RFQ) to Microsoft Corporation in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) Sole Source Acquisitions. See attached Justification and Approval. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73, effective April 29, 2014. This is not a small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code for this solicitation is 541513 with a small business size standard is $25,500,000.00. This requirement is for Microsoft Premier Support Services. The period of performance is from June 1, 2014 – May 31, 2015 with four (4) one year options.
