Amendment 0001 - Correcting an administrative error of the NAICS code and size standard within the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation - N00173-21-Q-CM03 document attached.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation, N00173-21-Q-CM03, is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, dated 10 March 2021.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334515 (Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals), with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 Employees. The Product/Service Code is 7G22.

Material Description:

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the procurement of a Twenty-Eight (28) Channel Turn-Key Microwave Tuner System. All interested parties shall provide a quotation for the supplies meeting the requirements outlined in RFQ Attachment 1, Salient Characteristics.

Delivery Date:

Four (4) Channels or more shall be delivered NLT June 2022

Remaining Channel balance shall be delivered NLT September 2022

Note:

A subcontracting plan IAW FAR 52.219-9 will be required from the apparently successful offeror prior to award if established as an Other than Small Business (OTSB). If the apparently successful offeror fails to negotiate an acceptable subcontracting plan prior to award, the offeror will be ineligible for award.
