The purpose of this announcement is to provide notification of the upcoming pre-proposal conference for the Missile Defense Agency Engineering and Support Services (MiDAESS) Final Requests for Proposals (RFPs) HQ0147-09-R-0001 and HQ0147-09-R-0002 which were released on 17 June 2009. The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) will host a pre-proposal conference for the MiDAESS RFPs on July 8, 2009 in Huntsville, AL at a location to be determined. The location, time, and agenda will be provided in a future announcement. The government plans to hold only one pre-proposal conference. Registration Information Attendance is limited to two (2) representatives per company. RSVP should be submitted via e-mail to [email protected] not later than 30 Jun 09. Please provide only the individuals’ names, company name, and e-mail addresses. There will be no RSVP confirmations returned. Questions Potential offerors should submit any questions relative to the RFPs which they want answered at the pre-proposal conference NLT 11:00 am (CST), 29 Jun 09, via e-mail to MiDAESS @mda.mil. Questions will be consolidated based on topic area and responses will be provided to the entire audience. No one-on-one sessions will be held. Please note that the final RFPs will have precedence over any responses provided during the pre-proposal conference.
