Section 00 11 00 MIDLOTHIAN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Bid Due: May 10 at 2:00 PM Project Name: MIDLOTHIAN BUSINESS PARK: LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS Project No.: 3566-20.273 Project Location: CITY OF MIDLOTHIAN, TEXAS The Midlothian Economic Development, MED, will receive sealed bids for the referenced project which lift station improvements at the Midlothian Business Park. The wet well and valve boxes are installed on the project site. The lift station improvements needed are pumps, mechanical, internal piping, electrical and internal items to the lift station to have it operational. Bids for a Contract shall be submitted on the bid forms provided, properly signed by an officer of the company, and dated. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of Total Amount Bid must accompany each Bid. The Midlothian Economic Development reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM local time, on Monday, May 10, 2021, by the City of Midlothian, Attn: Purchasing Agent, Cheryl Allison, 104 W. Avenue E, Midlothian, TX 76065. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 2:05 PM on Monday, May 10, 2021 in the City Council Chambers. Bid Documents via PDF copy may be obtained free of charge by emailing [email protected] and requesting a PDF copy of the Midlothian Business Park Lift Station Improvements.
