This is a special notice that Naval Special Warfare Command, San Diego, CA intends to procure sole source with Tactical Air Operations, Inc. DBA Skydive San Diego, 860 Country Club Ln, Coronado,CA. 92118-2321, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. NAICS code 532411 applies to this procurement with corresponding small business size of $7.0 million. This firm fixed price contract is for period of performance Apr 02-13, 2012 for day/night freefall jumps for 50 personnel at varying altitudes four (4) times a day over the course of eight (8) days. 

This special notice is not a request for competitive quotations. This award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. No solicitations will be made available. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
