You are invited to submit your bid to provide the Mimosa Maintenance & Support that will be required by Bloomsburg University for the period of July 2, 2011 through June 30, 2012 in accordance with the requirements noted below. 1 year MNE-Support-ENV, Maintenance to include license support for 1700 mailboxes (Mimosa NearPoint for MS Exchange Solutions and Mimosa NearPoint PST Archive Option. In compliance with this invitation to bid, and subject to all the conditions thereof, the undersigned offers and agrees, if this bid is accepted, to furnish any or all items upon which price are quoted, at the price set opposite each item. The University reserves the right to accept all or part, or to reject the entire bid. This bid will be awarded by 1 p.m. the next business day after the bid due date. Altering proposal or failure to furnish complete information may be a reason for rejection. The bid is a firm written quotation guaranteed for a period of 60 days. Timely information on filling a bid protest may be found at http://departments.bloomu.edu/purchasing/TermsConditions.htm or by calling the Purchasing Office at 570-389-4311. Using Bloomsburg University's Electronic Procurement Program Sealed Bid Confidentiality - The confidentiality of the sealed bid system is a cornerstone of the Bloomsburg University electronic bid program. At no time before Bid Opening can anyone see your electronic bid. Confidentiality of Identity - When questions are asked and answered, bidder identity is not disclosed to other bidders. 1.
